@Allleeeeeccccccc to get the 8 one you just press '8' over and over until you hear a voice say eight on the control pad in the bosses office. And to get the whiteboard ending you jump off the cargo lift and you restart in a new room, then open the door on the left and a whiteboard will say "WHITEBOARD ENDING!"

It might also be worth noting that after starting the escape pod ending you can still jump out the window a la map glitch ending. The difference here being that the Narrator says nothing and the "Are you sick of this gag?" question never appears.
