You've just purchased this old small vintage funfair pier. Can you restore it to it's former glory despite the height restrictions and building regulations on this scenic lake? Your family and friends helped you to start up this business. Each holding $1000 in their pocket... The pier has once well known historic lakeside hotel and glamourous small cafe. Can you utilise these historic artifacts to your advantage and make your visitors to stay overnight to have a taste of freshly cooked foods? Your challenge is to make more visits for your cafe while maintaing your small park prestige. Do not forget about your morgadge pay as well!
