In order to perform the "Speed Run" achievement you'll gonna need to prepare a few things.

1. You need to know the goal. The ending were we hit the "off"-button, so the big gate opens and we can walk out.
2. You need to know the route. Well at the beginning go through the left door, go upstairs, through the mind control facility and finally hit the button.
3. The Boss door needs to be open. You archive a open door if you open the boss door for the 3rd time. Hint: You can start the Run if you see that the windows in the boss room are locked with "heavy armor" like in the screenshot below.
4. You need a special spawnposition (i only managed it with the special). The game has a few spawnpositions, but only 2 of them work for the achievement. You know if you have the right position if the first room outside of your office looks like a "cube" were you need to turn 180° to the right in order to go to the room with the 2 doors or if it is just a straight corridor directly in the room with the 2 doors.You get these spawnpositions "probably" not by random restarting your game! You first need to perform a ending or a special events like the 5 monitors were you can perform an input. But the spawns are still random!

With this preperations you should easly get the achievement. Good Luck ;)
