Simply, on the last level right before you kill Heskel open the console by hitting Shift Keyabovetab and write "skill 4" without the ". Then complete the boss fight and you have the achievement.

Of course you can also replay the last chapter on Maximum Fury if you wanna be a little less cheap.

That's it, basically.
