Using mod tools, I was able to export and reimport the Byars Hall assets. I made them function as actual dorms!. If I have your permission, do you mind if I upload them to the workshop for your users. I would also add you as a contributor(like I did with Exurbanite) as you did after all make them.
If you want, I could update the Byars Hall assets(the ones you made for both male and female dorms) for you. I did actually just update another author's assest, Exurbanite post office asset, to work as a actual post office. All I would need from you is those assets file's plus your permission, of course. Just let me know.
