Do the visual "cheats" also disable achievements and leaderboards?

@Zephen Spooky Town is a stunt map.
@Kirito Cheat the System is completing a track within 10 seconds. use 'insanely short' in Trackmogrify.

Is there not a noclip cheat like in most games or am I going to have to just abandon my hopes of ever beating this level I'm on??
