This once happened to me and I mandatorily cried at what I done as well I managed to get out of it though by bringing up the console and doing the free cam thing for parts glitch by zooming out really far then back in but do it to the epic until its dead, it will reset every time and stop attacking for a sec also save every time and 4 hours later your done plus a massive amount of DNA points and meat if omnivore or carnivore of course that is "cheating" but Maxis should have thought of that before sending a epic to ravage a nest of "adorable" little nightmares I made because its mad and hungry at all times and no joker badge later either but I think achievements are disabled though or get Wemod and use invincibility cheat or just uninstall your game and throw your PC out the window and wipe you hands of that mess forever and say "done and dusted..."

Can you tell me how to do this in real life?

This will be a great solution for overpopulation in irl
