Information and Data Sources
When sourcing data or information, do NOT use Wikipedia as anyone anywhere can edit it at any time and vandalise/alter the information.

Examples of RELIABLE information sources:

1. Genuine, official websites for the information your are looking for.

2. Official verified groups relating to the topic.

Examples of NON-RELIABLE information sources:

1. News outlets, that includes all news platforms, even WSJ (The Wall Street Journal), BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation), BuzzFeed, RT TV, CNN (Cable News Network), ETC (content is sensationalised to attract viewers and may become incorrect or even be fake entirely).

2. Friends (even friends may make mistakes or try to trick you).

3. Friends of friends (more likely to be false).

4. Most social media websites, examples being: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

5. Wikipedia (people can change the content of pages to spread fake news).

6. News papers (content is sensationalised to attract viewers and may become incorrect or even be fake entirely).

7. All fact checking websites. they are often biased, have been caught spreading fake news and are paid to do it by large companies.

8. Any government, any groups it operates, or any groups linked to it.

How do you check if a source is accurate/credible?

There are six ways you can tell if your website is credible.
It can be challenging to determine whether a website you’re using is credible, but here are a few things to look for:

Author – Information on the internet with a listed author is one indication of a credible site. The fact that the author is willing to stand behind the information presented (and in some cases, include his or her contact information) is a good indication that the information is reliable.

Date – The date of any research information is important, including information found on the Internet. By including a date, the website allows readers to make decisions about whether that information is recent enough for their purposes.

Sources – Credible websites, like books and scholarly articles, should cite the source of the information presented.

Domain – Some domains such as .com, .org, and .net can be purchased and used by any individual. However, the domain .edu is reserved for colleges and universities, while .gov denotes a government website. These two are usually credible sources for information (though occasionally a university will assign a .edu address to each of its students for personal use, in which case use caution when citing). Be careful with the domain .org, because .org is usually used by non-profit organisations which may have an agenda of persuasion rather than education.

Site Design – This can be very subjective, but a well-designed site can be an indication of more reliable information. Good design helps make information more easily accessible.

Writing Style – Poor spelling and grammar are an indication that the site may not be credible. In an effort to make the information presented easy to understand, credible sites watch writing style closely.

Of course, there may be some reliable websites that do not include all these qualities. If you are unsure whether the site you’re using is credible, verify the information you find there with another source you know to be reliable, such as an encyclopedia or a book on the subject. The kind of websites you use for research can also depend on the topic you are investigating. In some cases it may be appropriate to use information from a company or non-profit organisation's website, such as when writing an industry or company overview.
Facts and Data
1. Human memory is notoriously unreliable in the long term, especially when it comes to fine details;

2. False memories can happen to anyone.

Not to be confused with "Gaslighting"
(Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which a person or a group covertly sows seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or group, making them question their own memory, perception, or judgement)

3. Multitasking can affect memory retention badly, keep this in mind when you need to remember something.
Random Advice
1. When opening a banana, open it like a monkey would, its far easier, Ignore the handle-like stem. Turn your banana upside-down and focus on the nubby, pointed tip at the opposite end. Pinch this tip between your first finger and thumb — this will split the skin of the banana cleanly, allowing you to peel it back.

2. What is the true definition of a sandwich?

Since the "true definition" is dependent on law, opinions and "common sense" in different places, here is my own version of what is considered a "sandwich"

A sandwich is any food with a bread related base, regardless of filling and can be classified as several types and sub-types:

True Sandwich: 2 slices of regular loaf bread with any filling.

Sub-True Sandwich: 2 slices of other bread based material (bagel, tortillas, submarine, burger bun, etc.) with any filling, as long as both sides are not connected physically like a (hotdog bun, taco, etc).

Open-Pseudo-Sandwich: Only 1 piece of bread related base material with any topping but an open form (such as pizza).

Closed-Pseudo-Sandwich: Only 1 piece of bread related base material with any filling and a closed form (such as a tortilla).

Semi-Parted-Pseudo-Sandwich: Only 1 piece of bread related base material with any filling and a Half-closed/open form (such as a hot-dog, taco, etc).

False-Sandwich: A sub class that can apply to all the other classes if they are made with something other than bread as the base.

Husk: A sandwich that is just the bread.

Non-Sandwich: Food that lacks a bread base and does not class as any form of sandwich.

Stack: A sandwich with more than 3 layers of bread based material of any type that act as bases for filling.

3. Don't be a sheep; or a wolf; be a Bear.

Look at the sheep; its eyes are to the side; it cannot see the path ahead and is oblivious to its destiny; it is forever doomed to roam mindlessly; keeping an eye on its sides for fear of being prey to the wolf.

But now look to the wolf; its eyes face forward; locked onto destiny; but still it too is blinded; distracted by the sheep that roam mindlessly; it will chase them; and lose where it was meant to go.

But; look to the bear; large; powerful; its eyes fixed on destiny all the same.
But the bear is not distracted by mindless sheep; nor the wolves; the bear is focused; driven; going towards its destiny.

Unlike the wolf and sheep; the bear is built to walk that path; to be free from what distracts it; to be free.
Why do you think bears are so smart? their focused; determined.
While the wolf and sheep are easily distracted.

What I'm saying is; be the bear; not a mindless wolf or sheep; focus on being greater and not being derailed by fear or greed.

4. When times get hard; remember this:
"Even on the darkest nights; the stars and moon will still shine for you."

This guide is genuinely useful. I have favorited it for future reference and shall use its information in day to day life when I start going to college as I will likely be living in student accomodation and I will need to save cash and know how to look after myself. Thank you.
