[BNW] Sas's Biafra - Ojukwu

This mod adds Biafra, led by Ojukwu, to the game! Relive the bloody fray of the Nigerian Civil War with everyone's favorite Cold War African breakaway nation. Requires Brave New World.

Updated 9/29/21 with disabled print statements, updated mod support, and a slightly updated mod name to fall in line with my other civs.

Biafra - Ojukwu

Ahia Attack: While at war, Strategic Resources yield +1 Production and +1 Gold, and Oil quantity is doubled. Tiles blockaded by an enemy provide 100% of their Production and Gold yields to your nearest city, and enemy tiles you blockade provide 50%.

Biafra Baby: Replaces Bomber. Available only to Biafra, the Biafra Baby is cheaper to produce (325 vs 375) but slightly weaker (60 vs 65) than the Bomber it replaces, though it also receives a notable Combat Bonus (25%) when attacking targets in Open terrain. Receive a free Biafra Baby whenever a civ with whom you have a Trade Route discovers Radar.

Red Devil: Replaces Bazooka. Unique to Biafra, the Red Devil is faster (4 Moves vs 2) and has more Range than the Bazooka it replaces, but is significantly weaker (75 vs 85 Combat Strength, and 80 vs 85 Ranged Strength.) However, it possesses a unique promotion, "Ogbunigwe", causing its attacks to deal slight damage to anything adjacent to its target, including cities and friendly units. Unlocked at Combined Arms and requires Oil.

Known Bugs: Red Devil splash damage only triggers when attacking a unit, not cities, and that is unfixable due to the way CombatListener works. Some people experience a game crash when the Red Devil attacks something, while others don't, and there doesn't seem to be any concrete reason as to why it would crash.
