Replaces the silenced SMG, just kidding, it replaces the akimbo pistols (what else would it replace?)
Comes with sounds ripped straight from TF2, rigged on Left 4 Dead 1's Animations, which have been ported by LT.Rocky to Left 4 Dead 2.
NOTICE: All screenshots have been taken down and replaced with a video, this is due to a massive bugfix involving the pretty boy's pocket pistol, updated screeenshots will be uploaded soon...
