Replaces the silenced SMG, just kidding, it replaces the akimbo pistols (what else would it replace?)
Comes with sounds ripped straight from TF2, rigged on Left 4 Dead 1's Animations, which have been ported by LT.Rocky to Left 4 Dead 2.
