Nice to see people still downloading my ships years later but sadly this design (most of my designs) are outdated that’s why the torpedoes don’t work anymore just remove and add new ones

As a german (not fond of war itself, but we had some nice tech back then, compared to our rotting Bundeswehr right now) my heart lit up seeing these :) I know I am late to the party on Avorion, but this stuff gives it a replay status.

Just one question: on the Scharnhorst class Battlecruiser there are torpedo launchers (5 on each side underneath the superstructure) wich face downwards. Sadly though they are not able to fire for me. Firing vector is shown in red as there are these - as I assume - forward facing torpeto launcher decoys(?) in their way. Should I just delete them (would be sad cause they look great), or is there a twist to it?

Again, great work and I am envious of such creativity in other people, like you! <3

Thank you for the ship, i love it. It looks like torpedos will not fire, maybe they are blocked.

Damn.. that was so brutally simple. I knew I was overlooking something ridiculous. I kept trying to set it up in the turret editor... hahaha. Man I spent so much time trying to redesign turrets.... thank you so much! Hahahaha... I love all of your ship designs btw. They're so detailed.

Right, but as seen in the majority of your preview pictures, your forward turrets and your aft turret are facing opposite directions. Which is what I am trying to accomplish. Right now, my aft turrets always face forward, not aft. I realize this would cause a forward firing issue on the aft turret, but I'm not planning on having it fire forward, only aft and side to side, broadsiding as you mentioned.

Little confused by what you mean turrets still need line of sight for eg. the super structure blocks the aft turret from firing forward meaning you have to play it like a real battleship broadside ships basically

This may sound like a silly question, but how do you get the aft gun to face... aft? Is it the turret lock? Which I'm still unsure how to use, or another way? I'd like an aft facing turret with independent targeting with 180* arc at least.
