Hello, i will give you some quick steps for CSGO matchmaking, or 3rd party service :)

You started match, and there is a very big change that someone in your team is toxic, even if he is bottom.
First what you need to do is mute him, if he there is more then one you can use voice_enable 0; but better mute that one guy, open TAB and click on his name, then you will find mute button, just click and you are good to go forward.

If enemy team is toxic, and typing in chat, just report them and write in console cl_mute_enemy_team 1, you mute whole team instantly.

I recomend to play with friends, because then you can get best matchmaking experience.
