Now you can fill up empty potion bottles with source, you get 1 source point from 1 source potion. They can only be filled from a special source fountain that's located in the following areas:

• The High Seas: Inside Dallis secret room onboard Lady Vengeance
• Reaper's Coast: Onboard Lady Vengeance at Lower Deck close to the stairs
• Arx: Next to the waypoint shrine close to Lady Vengeance.

Which could be why the fountain is out of reach, I really don't know and can't see since I don't have the files anymore.
