The idea of this mod is to add new weapons and upgrades (mostly weapons) with as little changes to Insurgency gameplay as possible.

No changes to player, recoil or health were made and all weapons are based on ones existing in game.
However, Community Arsenal adds new 4 and 5 supply tier weapons, which may force some players to not take AP ammo in order to get vertical grip+scope or higher tier pistol. Which means less people with AP ammo, more useful armor, so gameplay is a bit different.
Some standard weapons supply cost is changed in order to give place for new 1-3 supply weapons.

Mod does not add automatic pistols, SMGs or shotguns to secondary slot.

How to start in singleplayer:
sv_playlist custom
mp_theater_override fresh
map MAPNAME (for example `map market`)

Name of a theater:
mp_theater_override fresh
