I think that this is not a bug and intended in the game 2 hero can't speak and only says 1 and then turns to who's saying what

the trick is that they don't want to talk but only she says and then I have to choose who to use skill on the camp

but I found perhaps another bug or not a bug or so conceived in the game but a camp skill that reduces stress and myself and hero and 2 hero to tell her Yes?
