描述
Removes "The Rizzo" voicepack added with Tactical Legacy Pack.

Roland Rizzo was the sound designer for XCOM, so maybe it's some sort of an in-joke that his voicepack is intentionally bad. Rizzo speaks in flat, emotionless way. Some people like it. Personally I hate hearing this voice on randomly generated soldiers.

The Rizzo is not part of some mod I downloaded?? Oh shoot it's from TLP?!!
I need to DL a team leader mod and make him team leader.
Or I DL an alien ally mod and this will be how aliens speak English. "Hello fellow kids."

@Pumpkin Pie, it's more about preference really. Some like it, some don't. This just makes it easier for those who don't like it to remove it from their game.

i really dont get all the hate for The Rizzo, genuinely one of my favorite voice packs because of how uniquely funny it is.

dude, all these years and I thought that trash voicepack was a mod lmao. For the life of me I couldn't figure out where it came from, never knew it was actual legit DLC. Wow thanks for this man lol
