acknowledge that the other person's opinion is just as important enough to be heard as theirs is.
This of course is not because you are pressuring me; I can think for
myself. I don't think personally myself she sounds very nice but at the
same time, her being so overly competitive and controlling does
indicate a lack of self-esteem and maybe a lot of really deep insecurity.
I for one feel a little sorry for her because of this, but I also am very
sorry she treated you so badly. That's not right. As long as you're not
being mean with how you are criticizing how she did something it's
wrong for her or anyone to do that to you. Anyone who acts mean
towards someone for criticism that they don't like but is completely
fair and is not condescending obviously is very insecure inside and
it's a major immaturity on their part.
