Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
Click the Advanced tab.
Click Environment variables.
Click New to add a new User variable and add the following values:

name:
LOCALAPPDATA
value:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data

Click Okay.

This should clear the error.
