Dig out reeds and plant them where you want them.
A newer code than the existing mods, so hopefully less bugs.

Must be fertilized after planting.
And you can set in modsettings after how many harvests it must be fertilized again.
By default after 2, to make it a bit harder.

Will NOT be added for now:
Make it plantable in marsh only, is too complicated for little profit.
