Foreword
Golden Krone Hotel is a fascinating game. It took me 91 hours to unlock all the achievements except "It Wasn't Normal Either". Hopefully, with the help of the amazing game wiki[www.goldenkronehotel.com], my previous survival guide and this achievement guide, you can beat the game more quickly and smoothly. I would recommend to unlock most achievements on Easy Mode following the order I list below. Do not rely on save scumming except for three special ones. And I do not intend to beat the hard mode because it is way too hard.
Easy Task
Exploration:
  • Going Deeper - Discover a branch
  • That's the Spirit! - Die 5 times
  • Well Done! - Die to sunlight
Boss fight:
  • Ewwwwwww - Defeat the Queen Bee
  • Kill Them All - Defeat the Strigoi
  • Red In Tooth And Claw - Defeat the Varcolac
  • Sticked And Stoned - Defeat the Gorgon Queen
  • What A Twist! - Defeat the Spiridus
  • You Are The Monster - Defeat the Princess
Some tasks are not that easy. However, you should have completed all of them when you beat the game for the first time. So they are relatively easy compared to other achievements. Here are some tips for boss fights.
  • First of all, you must be able to do A LOT OF damage and try to kill boss in five turns because you can hardly take five hits. The damage could be either melee or ranged, which depends on your play style, dungeon terrain and enemy's abilities.
  • Drink potions ravenously during boss fight. You need overflowed damage and extra protection. Also remember to find and save potions when exploring dungeons.
  • Explore branch at a right time (Greenhouse) or in a right form (Maelstrom and Library).
  • Do not trigger boss fight unless you are well prepared (Maelstrom and Library).
  • Learn to identify the boss (Pharmacopoeia).
First Challenge
  • Win on Easy Mode.
There is not a single achievement for this, but you know what I mean. In order to beat the Easy Mode, the most important thing is to plan your route wisely. (You can also check Dan's comment to the survival guide.)
  • First, kill most enemies on the first eight hotel floors.
  • If you are confident about your survivability, clear the ninth floor as well.
  • Go downstairs and start exploring branches.
During your way to the top floor, you can clear the Grotto if you like. You should also enter every branch at least once to uncover it. However, never venture into any branch until you are well prepared.

Spend attribute points to suit your play style. There is no right way to play game. For example, I prefer Vampire to Human, so I always dump Intelligence, and make sure that Dexterity is always 2 points higher than Strength.

Be flexible. Do not build your character around a specific key resource, which could be a potion, a spell or a Vampire ability. Once I beat the game without opening any treasure chest. There are no keys on the ground, nor can I afford to buy it from merchant. I think the game hates me. :(

Lastly, the game will become easier once you get your first ring.
Save Scumming
Boss fight:
  • But Ice Is Also Great - Defeat the Ice Father
  • Fire Is Nice - Defeat the Fire Mother
  • One Ugly Ogre - Defeat the Capcaun
I would suggest to backup your save before ascending to the tenth floor and unlock these achievements with the same file. You do not have to fight them in order to beat the game. They are tough and you might need to kill them in some special ways. Do not try to find them until you are about to win normally. However, if you die in the fight, you have to beat the game once again, which is not so interesting. So I think save scumming is acceptable under this circumstance.

When you are exploring branches where these bosses reside, avoid fights when possible and examine the environment carefully. Remember that you can put the cursor over an object to read its description.
Tactical Planning
Win with a specific class:
  • Bath Robe Victory - Win with the Scholar
  • Bear Arms - Win with the Berserker
  • Blast Off - Win with the Vagabond
  • Clearly You Can Read - Win with the Alchemist
  • Dance With The Devil - Win with the Shapeshifter
  • Late Game Capitalism - Win with the Merchant
  • Light All The Things - Win with the Light Mage
  • Now You're Thinking With Poisons - Win with the Apothecary
  • Pew Pew Bang Bang - Win with the Sharpshooter
  • Sneaky McSneakface - Win with the Assassin
  • So Boosted - Win with the Officer
  • So Long Suckers - Win with the Warp Mage
  • Tasty Humans - Win with the Cultist
Win as a specific race:
  • Human Resources - Win a 100% human run
  • Vampire Hours - Win a 100% vampire run
Be careful with Apothecary. It took me over ten deaths to finally figure out how to avoid killing myself. The human run and vampire run are not so intimidating as they sound. I can assure you that you will have enough time and resource to beat the game without changing form. Be more aggressive and still stick to the route above. Take a deep breath, bring your towel and don't panic.
Second Challenge
  • It Wasn't Easy - Win on Normal Mode
Be cautious of negative effects. Vulnerable, for example, lets you suffer damage from water and sunlight even if you are a human. When you face enemies who can cast such effects on you, either run away from them or kill them quickly.

Take note when you are killed by environment. A narrow corridor during the day might be a deadly trap for vampire.

Your goal is to collect four rings rather than killing everyone in sight. If you cannot kill or escape from a nasty enemy, try to change your form to be his ally.

That's all I know about GKH. Leave a comment if you need more help. Happy crawling!
