@Iman592001 There is island that looks like an aquarium, before that it seems you need to upgrade your ship with barrel module. haven't tried it though.

@Äłęčkś I believe you have to find a scroll that restore the mysterious hands and/or buy the storm harvester module from world market. After that you'll get a mail from Yvo that mentions that you can build recharge stations.
