This asset is the third asset of my "Contemporary Low-Rise" series of apartments which include, Contemporary Low-Rise Apartments (1) and (2). This is a pack of high residential apartment block with 6/7 storeys, 9/10 households and fitting a 4x4 grid. The first block (3A) has a black brick facade and dark blue glass balconies. The second block (3B) has a red/pink brick facade and a dark grey glass balcony. The apartment has a contemporary style meaning that they can fit in just about any 21st century city you build.

File size: 4.742 MB - this includes two buildings with separate textures so around 2.371 MB per building. Two separate balcony sub-meshes are also included in the file.
Texture size: 1024x512
Textures included: Diffuse, Alpha, Specular, Illumination, Normal

Recommended mods:
* Painter
* Move It!
* Find It! (can be found under "contemporary low-rise apart 3A" or "... 3B")
* Plop the Growables

@nutty crunch... the reason still a few (even vanilla) props are nice.... prop in buildings do not count into game prop limit and could be exchanged with e.g. prop it up mod

@RTSmasher Sorry, but I usually leave the buildings without props so that people can add their own stuff to decorate the buildings how they wish. Many modded players don't play with vanilla props as they find them ugly and would therefore not be able to use the asset. You can however download some mods such as Find It and Move It and Prop & Tree Anarchy which would allow you to place props on the buildings in game the way you personally want to.

Is there any way you could add tables, clothes line, plants to make the buildings look as if people live there? Like some of the buildings in the vanilla game?
