描述
This is an old European building found in Osnabrück, Germany. It's location next to one of the busiest streets of the city has influenced the way this building looks. The exhaust of cars has left black stains all over the facade. Due to the noise pollution, the land value in this area is not very high. So the owner probably never had enough money to renovate the building.

The building doesn't fill the sides of the plot. If you want to use it as a row house I recommend using MoveIt by Quboid:

Jupp. :) gut getroffen das Gebäude. Respekt. die beiden anderen Gebäude, auch gut, aber keine Ahnung wo du die her hast. Naja, gibt ja auch ein paar Gebäude in Osna. ;-)

@Lambda_Material Ecology Thanks for these warm words! RICO is mostly used for big buildings indeed but any building can be a RICO building. You can even add it yourself in-game. (A link to that is in the description).
I’ll consider the Brussels style of architecture for my future assets.

I mostly plop my assets, so RICO is NICE ! But i thougt RICO was reserved for much bigger buildings than growables. So do as you pleased.
I'll be thankfull to discover new Brussels like assets of yours.
