Crystal Cove Starter Park 2020

Updated for 2020 for Sandbox

Based on Crystal Cove, Newport Beach, this starter park sets you up to build on a small sliver of land, surrounded by a fully realized beachfront environment.
Includes: Highway infrastructure, park shuttle, parking lot, basic backstage, basic entrance/exit gates
Starting piece count is ~50k items, feel free to delete excess foliage or cars if it helps your framerate.
The dirt lot is just a starting guideline--go wild and take over the entire map!

This map requires 3 DLCs: Spooky, Adventure, and Studios
