At the beginning and end of the game you can get three achievements by clicking the Loot Toilet TM on the bathroom stall wall to your left:

Just keep clicking it until you get these three achievements:
It took me about 2-5 minutes.

If you don't have it, all you have to do is pick up the top hat and reach out to put it on the robot:
The final achievement is obtained by completing the robot room sequence:
More specifically, you have to throw something at the evil robot once it's shield is down. This is the evil robot for reference:
