Опис
The Exploratory Research Vessel Pallas is first of its kind. A mobile space laboratory to establish offworld space stations and orbital research where planetside manufacturing doesn't yet allow large scale construction. A maneuverable ISS if you will.
Housing for 4 astronauts, however lack of Art-Grav habitation rings means that to prevent physical degradation of astronauts, outside of cislunar use the station should be launched into desired orbit remotely, and crew transferred in later with specialized craft. (Coming soon? ;))

Fluff out of the way, we can talk features!
Features Isy's solar alignment for main arrays and is fully powered by solar energy.
Rated for 0G only. Can dive in very low gravity, but slow charge up of O2 and H means you'll be endangering the vessel.
Built to look like it could exist, it's basically ISS-style modules in front of a truss wrapped in fuel powered with a single nuclear engine (though no uranium reactors are used in this build). Because of this strict "realistic" limitation, retro thrusters aren't a thing, a turn and a retroburn is done. In SE, this build HAS hidden retrothrusters. Like all thrust, these are weak and it takes a while to get going and stop going so plan in advance when you need to brake.

Doesn't really serve any survival function, mostly just a fun ship that I wanted to make. It is still airtight and has Oxygen and H2 production as well as whatever you might need for survival... but it isn't going to be anything more than just a ship with... stuff. A hopefully realistic looking one at that though!
Fuel and air are all connected, manufacturing can be found in a module and needs manual fill

Credit where credit is due, the entire fuel/thruster assembly is roughly taken from the fantastic short Film Atlas by Ben Jewer. I rearranged and did what I wanted for the front section to cut down weight/complexity to get it more as "A movable ISS" but there's no denying the influence.

Hope you guys Enjoy!

I have a big request. Could you make Exploration space station for a poor kid that doesnt have enough money to purchase the DLC?

I love this kind of design because it looks real and at the same time fictional, I can never get it to work! Looks amazing!!

I enjoyed my tour of the ship. A nice modern design. Had the real feel of a weightless environment and ship design.

Very well done, I think in the future human beings can land on Mars with the kind of spacecraft you do, modern science fiction style is my favorite style

Jokes aside the whole Children of the Stars pack definitely gives off a Martian vibe

@Illegal Poptart Yep! The movie is based on the book by Andy Weir. Good read for sure for fans of tough scifi
