This building is based on Brazilian pubs, typically found on the suburbs of cities. They are popularly known as "boteco" here.

aah! entendi. Mas eu só consigo colocar as cadeiras em um quadrado para construção. Eu tenho como colocar na frente do bar, como está na imagem?

O props das cadeiras? Eu consigo colocar elas sozinhas pela cidade, mas não vem com o bar :(

@musafir é um growable comercial de esquina, você pode esperar ele aparecer naturalmente no zoneamento, ou procurar o edificio usando o mod "find it"
