The Warriors Bushido Code
Being a Chi Ha Tan tanker requires focus, dedication, leadership, and self discipline. According to the book "The Bushido Code of The Samurai" Written by Paul Cundell, "The unwritten Samurai code of conduct, known as Bushido, held that the true warrior must hold that loyalty, courage, veracity, compassion, and honor as important, above all else. An appreciation and respect of life was also imperative, as it added balance to the warrior character of the Samurai."

Chi Ha Tan takes the theme of Imperial Japan (1868-1945) and focuses heavily on the warrior's Bushido Code. During and before the Second World War, Shōwa Japan instilled the Bushido warrior's code into every Japanese soldier which welcomed death and saw war as a purifying experience the Bushido code would serve as spiritual guidance for the Japanese soldier.
Battlefield Tactics
The Type 97 Chi-Ha tank is fitted with a 57mm gun and sits at 1.3 BR in war thunder with a weight of 15 tonnes and fitting a 7.7 mm type 97 machine gun. Likewise with its counterpart the Ha Go the circumstances are similar.
The Chi Ha Tank tanker will take into considerations their equipment is of lesser firepower and armour protection compared to Saunders or St.Gloriana and will use this to their advantage, how you may ask? It is a Chi Ha Tan tanker's duty to place their school's tradition and the Bushido code above their very tank's survivalbility and hit their enemy's tanks in a massive glorious charge. During the charge, the Chi Ha Tan tanker and their comrades will take several things into consideration such as, what direction to charge from, where to strike the enemy's tank upon contact and, the surrounding environment. The ultimate objective is to knock out as many enemy tanks as you can while disregarding your own tank's safety, let the repair teams after the match worry about that, victory, tradition, and the Bushido code is all that matters.
