40 Peacehammer/Warmallet - Burning Lizard Space Troopers (Updated; Version 1 of 3)

As title says (???) an updated version of the salamanders.

Changes from the original source workshop include:

-optimization and mesh fixes
-colorable base rings for squad marking
-some additional weapon options
-unit marking re-skins to fit better (EG, dev. marines)

Future changes will include even more weapon options, more custom units with decorative meshes, and complete stat-lines for each unit.
