Lower Tactician Difficulty DE

Descriere
!Can't undo change to stats without a second mod once you activate mod!

Basically a difficulty between classic and tactician, keeping the gameplay changes made for tactician.
Also a way to not have to restart if you find out tactician isn't for you.


Lowered all the 50% NPC buffs to 10%, and 80% decrease in the accuracy/magic armor buffs.
Left the increase in armor per level and everything else.

Does this work if I enable it midway through a tactician save?

I have been testing it, and I don't think there is a way to revert the changes once you activate the mod. I believe you can revert the changes with a secondary difficulty mod, but unsure. Sorry about that, added a warning to description

thanks for making this was just wondering if it would break anything if I disabled this mod later on in my campaign.
