According to what you said there is : The map author installed triggers inside each crates, and get triggered when the crate is destroyed.

Yeah, trying to figure this whole thing out and the more I become convinced it's pure RNG whether you get more than 1,000 points on this map. At one point I thought fire from rocket explosions results in crates not being counted but I tested that one and was proven false. Crates broken by physics when the rail system is in operation does count. Finally, going through the map as fast as possible doesn't result in more crates at the final score.

One thing : When I tried to break some boxes with the Ep2 flechettes, the final result was lesser than 1000

Me too. I think its due to the golden ones plus the ones destroyed by red crates.
That's my theory so it can not be confirmed.
