Cut off text glow fix [TLS Updated]

Описание
Fixes the error of the glow around highlighted text being slightly cut off on the left side, by nudging all the text a bit to the right.

@GI1TcH!mg G@M3R - It's been updated to support the TLS update. Making it support individual mods requires a custom-tailored version unique to each mod, which I'm not going to be doing.

can you make this compatible with menu UI Fixes and Improvments?
it should be easy to make it compatible
also when is there gonna be another big update since your part of the l4d community? :)

@Rover - this was always incompatible with other addons that alter the menu UI, I haven't gotten around to updating it for the TLS update yet, so it doesn't work as a standalone either.

I might say this is outdated.
There was a big update for L4D2 and with that, this addon ruins the Rayman's mutation mod.
