It is so cool thank you, the only issue with me is that your builds always need lots of props and extra supscriptions, and I consider that not to be convenient at all :(

@imperialisthyena thanks. A lot of people don't know about item class mod (and when I say a lot of people, I mean me lol). I didn't know about it when I was making the UC CCP, otherwise it would have been a lot easier to change the level of some of the assets.

I don't mind using mods outside the game, like Loading Screen Mod on a new map to see if I'm missing any items on new assets. I just avoid mods during the actual game itself.

I've been playing around with the item class mod you suggested, and it's really been a game changer for me. So many offices I wanted to see as commercial, or vice versa. I want to thank you for that, as well as your excellent University City CCP.
