there can only be 5 totems on the map, so if the're all broken then no-ed can't trigger

realistically if you have dead hard then if he tries to hit you with noed then use it. if you were healthy all you could do is 360 it and hope for the best

Well then obviously your not using the perk correctly, you need to use self care, botany knowledge and pharmacy to get the full use out of no mither. which makes it a very suitable counter for NOED.
