I did not saw you were asking about ores @nanomania, my fault, I though you're asking about POIs, thanks for clarifying it @ravien_ff :).
For ores @nanomania, I would recommend what I did on my single player game. Wait until you get the auto-miner (explore a lot of the world, it is random loot), and then you're all set :)

Unfortunately, it is not as easier as updating a number on a file, but a specific attribute number on all the playfields (.yaml), in order to override the original 720 value.
You need to override all the playfields (on a scenario preferred in order to not lose the changes on an update) and change the following key (take care with original spaces):
- Key: RegenAfter
Value: 360
To the value that you want in minutes (the game has 720 originally).
If you need help getting some specific regen time, just ask and I’ll greatly upload specific configuration with the latest version of the game :)
