This addons contain 5 Menu backgrounds Wallpaper Live video.

The mod will not work if you just subscribe. It only works if you manually copy and paste the files, which can be found in this vpk file.

use GCFScape to extract vpk file :

Unpack it with "GCFScape " then copy and paste in the following position.
"YouSteamLibraryFolder\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media"

*Do some backup before you replacing these files.
