NPCs With Robotic Limbs

Could it be that there is an incompatibility with "NPCs have loot" or "Food4Everyone" or such mods? I have this NPC limbs mod in my list since forever but never saw one.

I don't like using this mod, mods give low class limbs to powerful NPCs.

some people is spawning with robo stomach for some reason now (it's rare tho), of course it's not visual just the bar is changed but I think when people goes negative in the robostomach the game crashes for some reason, really dunno, I want to know if it's fixable but also how you done it if you know

Is it possible to spawn NPCs with cheap robo-limbs as Damaskox said in his comment? When NPCs with robolimb spawns it has no repair tools in his inventory so you can add a little amount of it like Cannibals have 1/5 of lesser medkit in their inventory. And also there is an odd when you see NPC with robolimbs he has BOTH arms robo, and never legs robo. Would be fine to somehow fix it. And please add one limb flesh + other limb robo variants. Thanks
