I didn't see them available until after I got the Damascus recipe. It's possible I was just that blind, but I did go into the crafting menu multiple times looking specifically for the Bat Wings. I have them now either way and have progressed quite a bit farther through that questline, I only have a few quests left in the entire game now... just gotta get that one monster to drop me a darn Flying Beef...

@gatherer818 , you can Craft them from the beginning, no Book needed for those Wings.

I believe the V is the other hair available when you meet the barber. So, there's no recipe book for it. XII is actually the free-dlc Valkyrie (Pure Miriam) hair.

Hairstyle IV is from completing a quest for Susie.

I understand that there does not exist a Hair Apparent 5, but is there a Hair Apparent 4 in the game?
