The theme to MMFL's characters is science fantasy.
Bull is a rather brawny Inkling, and he always takes his job seriously. He also is a helper of those who have wings, so she makes sure they fly to safety.
Though he's a driven person, he's really sincere in heart. He always is well-assured of the air, despite having to most of the time deal with the ground.
He's always willing to teach people how to fly, whether or not they have wings. He also teaches them about how high they should stay at, and how fast they should fly, as to not bump into anything.
Bull by himself, can't actually fly, so he'll have to use hang gliders, flying machines, etc. He also has the average body of a mortal, so even if he can fly fast, he'll be at grave risk, so better safe than sorry.
Bull's ambition is to allow everyone to literally soar at new heights, but not too much. But wait! What about the bad guys? Well, of course he is aware of them, which is why he is willing to take as many down as possible.
