-Hologram Bigfoot is the ultimate tool for safe and effective infighting. Doesn't entirely work on cops, gangsters and other factions, but at the very least it get everybody off your back. All the dead bystanders will make an excellent windfall, just watch out for Slum Dwellers taking gold off the floor.
Concerning the Doctor:
-I prefer Clumsiness Forgiven over Secret Vandalizer. The second perk prevents you from punching walls to make noise, meaning you can't turn people around and chloroform them. Clumsiness Forgiven lets you break gravestones in front of cops and ghosts, and also keeps people off your back when you break windows to shoot darts through. (They'll still come to the window, it was still noise being made.)
For the Cop:
-Again, the Hologram Bigfoot is pretty good at instigating fights to make everyone guilty. Not many people survive it though, so consider it as a last resort - there's plenty of other ways to safely get people hitting each other.
