Pokemon Armor Patterns

Adds 24 new (48 including inverted versions) armor and weapon patterns to the game.

This has been tested with and works with WOTC.

**UPDATE** The new 2K launcher is garbage and doesn't let you select base game mods, If you don't want to use a community made mod launcher you can still find the old Xcom 2 launcher under Steamapps/Common/XCOM 2/Binaries/Win64/Launcher/ModLauncherWPF.exe
Create a shortcut to that executable, go to properties of the shortcut you just created and add the following to the end of the file path.
-noRedscreens -review
Done! now your back to the original Mod Launcher.

some of the patterns in the screenshots were made with the more armor colors mod, I would recommend grabbing this mod if you don't already have it for a better color customization experience.

Q: Why are there inverted patterns?
A: These are three field patterns meaning the background will always be the primary color, having an inverted option lets you choose if you'd prefer the outlines to match, or be different to the background.
