Ok NOW it should be fixed. Apparently the api was discontinued so had to use another one.

@DeJMan, still broken. Disabled mod caching. Re-subbed to the mod. Restarted tts. loaded mod. broken. Enabled mod cashing again. Try to spawn ~20 memes. You will get a string error.

If its still broken for you guys, it may be because "Mod Caching" in settings was turned on and its still showing the old version for you. Disabling it would cause it to download the latest one.

But make sure to enable it again after otherwise you would be redownloading all the assets every time you load any game.
