Download the mod 'main menu wallpaper replacer HD 1080p now with randomizer' from the Nexus. Replace, or edit, one of the main title images into a png. Find a youtube song, download it as an mp3 and convert it to a wxm with laxy audio converter and place it into ...\Skyrim\Data\music\special

In retrospect I should have raised the volume in the program because Skyrim always is lower. Go figure.
