Yeah sure, but the build I suggested gives the same amount of Boost, but with more top Speed.

This is a good guide to follow. My only big issue with it is the Power Front and Speed Wheels combo. Those two have opposite stats that cancel each other out, which gives zero benefit.

You can get a slightly better stat Speed stat line with Speed Front and Power/Default Wheels at the almost unnoticeable loss of Acceleration, and a bit of Handling. Power wheels also keeps Defense the same. You may want to revise the guide a bit if this ends up being something better.
