Imperials have their standards and regulations on storaging
Their logistic corps use many kind of containers and boxes. Large containers to deliver their supplies to the battlefields in the wide galaxy or to store their precious materials. Smaller boxes to store daily supplies or smaller weapon caches that the rebel agents can lift one day from an unprotected warehouse.
Other rarely seen containers can are designed for special cases. For storing the precious kyber crystals collected from the galaxy's rim worlds, and then under strict regulations they can be delivered to research facilities.

No one can forget the Imperials and their lists.
Registering all citizens in the liberated worlds are the jobs of the low ranked officers. They sit behind the grey desks where the fortunate ones who survived the wars on their planets againts the enemies of the Empire can register themselves to the records of the Empire. Storing that data needs high computation and storage, that's where the high performance servers come in, to process all the data.

Efficient combat and vizualisation monitors
The technicians in the background must know the machineries efficiency and healthiness, the intelligence headquarters' agents must see every information on a target group to investigate and officers on the field must know the supplies they have for the upcoming days. For these purposes the portable strategy projectors are the way to go.
