Shock Cannon Turrets

First off, huge thanks once again to Meridus/Lucas for the script that makes this mod possible

Shock Cannon Turrets and Shock Cannon Barrels! The turrets are 3x3x3 and 5x5x5. The barrels are 1x1x4 and 1x1x6. They do a reasonable amount of damage, but their main purpose is to potentially disable and hack grids on an enemy ship.
These are energy based turrets and they generate their own ammo. 3x3 is 5000m 5x5 is 8000m

EDIT Upped damage on the 5x5 after some feedback. the more I watched the Shock cannons in the show, the more I wanted the turrets to be able to do damage. The 5x5 no longer have the hacking or tesla damage, but have increased damage over all and increased power req.
