Tier Numbers: Buildings

설명
I always had troubles to distinguish different tiers of Factories, Foundries and Research Labs, their icons look almost the same. Hovering mouse over and viewing tooltips is not very convenient. That's why I decided to make this little mod, mostly for myself.
Then I decided to include here all types of buildings which have tiers.

Very simple mod, you will see building tier number in lower right corner of building icon.
Compatible with Ironman and Achievements.

@Peter34, thanks, numbers removed. Also, I've removed tiers from their analogues from other civilization types (normal, spiritualists, death cult).

BUT I can't remove tiers from machine buildings, because they are using icons from other tiered buildings:
- building_uplink_node uses icon building_autochthon_monument
- building_network_junction uses icon building_heritage_site
- building_system_conflux uses icon building_hypercomms_forum

Not too urgent, but for Hive Mind, Synaptic Node and Synaptic Clusters still have tier numbers I and II even though one is no longer an upgraded verson of the other.

One is spammable, and the other is planet unique and gives a percentage bonus of some kind.

Done, all icons resized to 78x78. Loaded the game, looks ok.
Weird how I missed it when @CountCristo posted the screenshot, probably I didn't update the game to the latest version before checking.

I simply cropped all icons in my mod. If any icons was changed by devs and I missed it, please tell me and I will update them.

PDX finally desided to crop original building.dds files and changed insertion method. You need to crop your files too.

Frankly, I have no idea what is the reason of the problem.
Checked the mod icons dds file settings and sizes and they're exactly the same as vanilla.
Majority of mod icons wasn't changed for years and it was working fine before the last update.
I admit, I can't solve this problem for now, so use this mod as it is or don't use it at all.
