Thanks KaliYama. I haven't checked Age of Decadence, thanks for the recommendation.

I commend that style of design, El_Poco - i would much rather have a game that is shorter, but offers meaningful choices and therefore multiple paths through it, over a longer linear game. I'm sure you've played it, but if you haven't, check out Age of Decadence - it is the ultimate example of that kind of game design.

I agree that it's pretty barebones. I started it as a distraction from the other, more ambitious, UGC I was (and I'm still) working on. It was also a way to learn how some things worked, and there are definitely things that aren't done properly ;)

(Though to be completely honest I'm not sure the UGC I'm currently working on will be that much longer. It's more complex but a single playthrough will probably still be quite short)

(The following points are here to be constructive ... I dont want them to be seen as too negative)
Straight forward kind of action. Easy to avoid battle if you say what they wanna ear.
To short ... would be good to have a little bit more flesh around the bone.
You cannot let your decker hack any cpu if its not the main character tho.

The discusions are not blocking things you've already said to any npcs, kind of weird and anoying if you want to avoid repeating your lines.

Could have some more stuff to fill some gaps for the progression from one place to another.

You're on a good way for some good stuff, keep the good work.

This mod was super cool, if a bit messed up in places. It had ample options for each potential combat situations, I liked that. It was WAY to short and a bit on the rails, but I look forwards to you next UGC for this or HK.

I'm working on another UGC. It's taking a lot of time but I hope I'll be able to release it one of these days :)

Thanks for the answers. I hope to see more of your work if you will. I realize that Shadowrun isn't played much by many people nowadays but... hey, it's a great game. A great series i'd say.

That amount of money being too big to afford is kind of a point on its own, which goes with the overall theme of the UGC: you can be the toughest runner, you can't solve all problems just with your guns/spells/deck/etc.

As for how much you can get, you probably can't get enough. The brothel owner can give you 100k but that triggers a special ending where you drop the run and possibly work for him later. You can however find a way to get him to give you 60k and continue the run.

I think if you import a character you import his nuyens as well. That's still a lot, but the option is there if you have them.

hey! That's great but... how can i get that kind of money? I get 10k at the start and i need to equip myself. I also barely had enough to equip my single character, i played the whole module solo, without a squad.

I found the... brothel leader, so to say, and i thought i could get the money from him, but i didn't find a way to get 500k.

Any hint? More than willing to replay the module anyway.

It was good, and i enjoyed it. It's the kind of story that i like in an RPG, the moral hell, where you find a guy who does horrendous things but for a reason that is somewhat relatable (i am talking about the female scientist, of course).

It was real good.
