Zoey - 10 Years Later

It's been 10 years -- 10 years since Bill died, 10 years since she'd helped a group of people out of Georgia, 10 years since she'd made it to the Florida Keys with Francis and Louis. A lot has happened since then. The infection's seen no sign of dying down, what with the entire world having been enveloped in the Green Flu's endemic grasp. Zoey hadn't seen any sign of the military since they were whisked away from Pennsylvania in an APC and placed in "protective quarantine." After the narrowly escaping the installation they had been held hostage in, Zoey had found herself hardened and doubtful; doubtful of Bill's intentions, doubtful of if he'd leave her or any of their other friends behind if they'd fall. Zoey held to this doubt and let it bubble into resentment, having watched the man she trusted most leave behind innocent people without even a second glance. This resentment soon turned into heartbreak during the final leg of their journey with Bill as he took a leap of faith off of the bridge to restart the generator that would save their lives. Zoey remembered screaming after him, thrashing in the arms of Louis and Francis as she looked on helplessly. The mixture of tears and blood was never a taste she'd wanted to experience, but it was one that she was nonetheless. Despite her anguished protests that Bill was still alive, that they could save him... they pushed on. Louis and Francis could only tell her that he was gone, that there was no saving him. She was despondent, but knew that she had to live on. A drinking problem and a half later, Zoey's convinced her brothers-in-arms to steel themselves again to set out unto the breach once more after tiring of the quiet peacefulness of their island accommodations. Easing into a pair of low-heeled, brown leather boots, four-way stretch jeans, a white tank top, and a red vest, Zoey's now ready to re-enter herself into the hellish domain of the apocalypse... 10 Years Later.


Hello, hello, hello! Once again Zoey's gotten a new look, and this time it's 100% brand new! This is the first of a collaboration series between myself and the ever lovely Cassie. The overall theme of "10 Years Later" is to give the original cast of Left 4 Dead (excluding Bill, naturally) a fresh, never before seen look that fits with their personalities and how they would have aged and evolved with the passing of time. Zoey's hair has been cut short and she's tossed in her jacket and Chucks for a cozy, live-in tactical ensemble. These kinds of mods take time, so please don't expect a one-after-the-other approach for this series!

This mod includes:
• A brand new, head-to-toe outfit ripped from Resident Evil 6 (Helena Harper's Asia outfit)
• A new, choppy bob haircut (Ripped from Gears of War 4, Samantha Byrne's V-Day hairstyle)
• Handpainted face texture including practical but fashionable makeup.
• High-res retexture of (most) of the original outfit.
• FPS arms
• Facial animations and eye-tracking
• Jigglebones (breasts, vest, holster, hair)
• Correct placement for melee weapons
